A few weeks ago, we told you that we’d be phasing out the City Fit Girls brand by the end of the year and reintroducing ourselves as Strides. As part of the transition, we’re giving our weekly newsletter a little update.
Every week, we’ll continue to share tools, workouts, personal stories, and words of wisdom to help you navigate your physical and mental health.
Instead of general fitness, we’re dialing in on the activities that our subscribers enjoy most - running, hiking, and cycling. This focus will allow us to create better content to serve your needs.
Does this mean we won’t discuss HIIT or yoga? NO! Our goal is to help you maintain a balanced routine that includes cross-training, too. Here’s what you can expect:
Strides Newsletter Topics:
Recipes + Nutrition: Get recipes, podcasts, and articles from experts in their respective fields. We'll also debunk some nutrition and diet myths from time to time.
Training: This section will be broken down into three areas:

🧘🏿Recovery - Sleep, yoga flows, and meditation - shall we say more?
