Good morning ,
There is a common theme that I hear from my meditation clients: Imposter syndrome is holding them back from designing the life they want. They don't believe they deserve better and sometimes this leads to procrastination on doing things that help them towards their goals.
We touched on imposter syndrome a few months ago but it seems that this is still a big issue for many of us. I'll be the first to admit that I've struggled with this too. From starting a new job, taking a relationship to the next level, or moving on from some habits that just no longer serve me, there are countless ways that imposter syndrome prevents me from progressing forward.
, if you struggle with this, you're not alone. I want to remind you that you are not your thoughts. You can always shift the thoughts from a place of fear to a place of action. I know what you're thinking, "That's easier said than done". This is true. However, the more I practice this, the less my thoughts on imposter syndrome remain active. I stop the thoughts from spiraling, get curious instead of fearful, and focus on the facts as much as possible.

, we no longer have to battle between what we want and what our negative thoughts say. Remember, you are not your thoughts. If you are struggling with imposter syndrome (or have strategies that work for you to overcome it), feel free to reply back to this email. I'd love to hear from you.
