I know it's been a rough couple of weeks. Today's newsletter is a reminder to take care of yourself. It's easy to lose ourselves when so much is happening beyond our control. We are still in the middle of a global pandemic and building momentum for the fight against racism and injustice in this country. It's a lot.
Let's check-in. Did you take a break from workouts recently? (I did). Did you take a break from the news cycle? (I did). Are you carrying fear, worry, doubt, and anxiety? If so, these are understandable reactions to what's going on around you. The most important thing to note is that you still have to make time for your mind and body and it starts with becoming more aware of what it needs from you.
