We think it's safe to say that we're going to be social distancing for at least another 30 days. While this may be a mini vacation or much needed break for some, many people in our community have loss their jobs, are struggling with anxiety and/or feeling uncertain about the future.
No matter what your experience is with the coronavirus, one thing we know for sure is that showing up for each other is more important than ever. Although we may not be able to connect in person, the City Fit Girls community is here for you. Below, you'll find a few resources to keep you connected.
City Fit Girls Run Club on STRAVA: This Wednesday, lace up your running shoes for a Virtual Run + Photo Challenge. All you have to do is join the event on STRAVA, log 3 miles in your neighborhood (or whatever feels good), and snag a photo to share with the group.
City Fit Girls Strength Club: Strength Club is our subscription-based training community. Every week, members get access to 5 workouts that are logged using our partner app, TrainHeroic. It's a great way to add strength training to your routine and connect with others who share common interests in fitness. Join
